Find the trailer. Follow the smell of sourdough.
We're a family bakery on wheels — six of us, one starter, and a case full of crackers and cinnamon rolls made the slow way.

See where we're parkedLena and Co is family owned and operated — two parents and four children running the trailer together. Everything we bake begins with a family recipe for slow-fermented sourdough, passed down and baked fresh for every event: no shortcuts, no commercial yeast. People come for the crackers we're known for and stay for the cinnamon rolls. Spot the trailer? Come say hi — someone from the family is always at the window.
Everything is sourdough. Everything is made by hand, by us.
The thing we're known for. Thin, crisp, and deeply flavored from a long ferment — made for cheese boards and grazing tables.
Soft sourdough rolls with warm spice and a slow rise that gives them a gentle tang no shortcut roll can fake.
Sourdough focaccia, seasonal fruit galettes, and morning buns round out the case — what's on board depends on the season and the event.
We bake mostly at private events, with occasional public pop-ups around town. The find-us page shows where we'll be next.
One of the six of us will be there — ask what came out of the oven last.
Crackers travel well. The cinnamon rolls rarely make it home.
Weddings, private parties, corporate events, showers, holiday gatherings — we travel within 50 miles and bake sourdough fresh for your guests. One week's notice is all we ask.
Ask where we're parked next, or tell us about your event. A member of the family reads every message — you can also find us on Instagram at @lenaandcobakery.
